You just need 150 grams of edible gelatin; this amount is enough for about 30 days. Â In the evening, you have to add 5 grams of gelatin in a quarter cup of cold water. After you mix well, leave the mixture until morning at room temperature. In the morning, ingest this mixture on an empty stomach. Do not be scared, you can mix it with honey if you want.
