We have four activities you can make using handles, elastic bandings and tubing.

The befuddle turn around fly

  • Put your legs at shoulder width apart, with the knees curved
  • Turn forward at the midriff at around 90 degrees. You should be confronted down.
  • Hold the hand weights in both hands bowed at the elbow. The palms should be confronted towards each other.
  • Raise your hands close to shoulder level.

Push and touch

  • Lift your arms overhead from laying position. Use hand weights.
  • Put your arms by your side and lift them to the shoulder level.
  • Bring your hands back into starting position and repeat 3 times, in 6 sets.

Elbow kiss

  • Spread your arms at the level of your shoulders, with your palms towards each other.
  • Bent your arms at the elbow to make a ninety degree edge upwards.
  • Bring your elbows together in front of your chest.
  • Bring your arms back to the starting position, with your elbows bent.

Twisted around round line

  • With your legs apart, twist forward.
  • Lift the dumbbell or hand weight with each hand at once, towards the other hand.
  • Move the dumbbell to your back and then bring it to the starting position.
