It is like a “biological clock” and it can show when the energy circulates through the body. Also, it shows the strongest energy levels in an area of the body every two hours. You can see the symptoms immediately if there is any problem in the body.

Each organ has 12 meridians. The organs that have meridians are the lungs, intestine, stomach, small intestine, heart, spleen, bladder, kidney, duodenum, liver and the gall bladder. The meridians are divided in 6 Yin meridians and 6 yang meridians.

Yin meridians are for the liver, lungs, heart, spleen, kidney and yang for the colon, stomach, small intestine, duodenum, bladder and gall bladder.
