*one short ride approximately 30 minutes
*next day moderate duration approx 45 minutes and
*the day after 60-90 minutes, than that’s a success plan!
If losing weight is your first goal then intensity really matters. A higher intensity, of course will definitely burn more calories so try to go faster!
Don’t forget safety is first, wear a helmet, glasses cycling shoes and don’t forget about a bottle of water. A cellphone and identification are also required.
