  1. Jumping rope. You can burn up to 13 calories a minute with this classic childhood game.
  2. Hoop pushups/ burpees. This is the best exercise if you want to lose weight, because it works the whole body and it develops stability, flexibility and endurance. Also, it burns many calories and you can do them anywhere. You have to descent in a squat, jump down in pushup position and the go back in squat position quickly and jump. Repeat 8 times and take a 30-40 seconds brake between rounds.
  3. Jumping squats. This type of exercise is much more effective than normal squats, because it transforms the fat layer in muscle mass. Do 8-12 jump squats in one round and pause for 30 seconds. Repeat at least 4 or 5 times.
